In the grip of the unknown, humanity is caged by the unseen. And through several ordinary aspects camouflaged within our surroundings. In today’s virtual world, mercy is not shown. Phantoms are all around us, yet remain hidden. Wires are in sinuous movement waiting for a weak spot to strangle then leech. Freedom of speech is nonexistent. Mankind in marionette, is scarcely in existence under the hands of those with control and power. Proposing the ultimatum of suffering or sacrifice.
APG MUN II
1st & 2nd December 2023
The world draws us an illustration and puts on an act of equality and fairness. It paints our surroundings in bright colours to blind us from the darkness behind it. This very illusion acts as a barrier between humanity and peace; it holds us back and erases any hope for prosperity, unity, and harmony. The smoke and mirrors that create this perfect picture cannot conceal what happens behind the scenes, as the truth begins to slip out and the illusion is erased. The world is hanging by a thread. Inequality continues to seep into various areas of our lives. Humanity’s fate hangs in the balance.
“The Illusion of Parity” is the theme of the second Arabian Pearl Gulf School Model United Nations. It casts light on the various ways inequality takes shape in the world, intending to nurture, acquaint, and empower the youth of today for a better tomorrow.

29th & 30th November 2024
Discordant tunes drown out unity and progress. Deepening divides fracture societies. The inspiring mystical and ethereal feel distant as hope dwindles amid inequality and disconnect. Youth face an uncertain future, dreams threatened by the systems meant to support them. Opportunities slip away, lost to indifference.
The stark reality demands action, though the path to “Harmonizing Possibilities” remains elusive.
“The Orchestra of Hope” is the theme of the fourth iteration of the Arabian Pearl Gulf Model United Nations at its focal point lies the willpower of the youth to kindle hope. Let us soar together to create a track of unity, where each voice shapes a future full of possibilities and the hope of a more harmonious, brighter tomorrow.
