Terms & Conditions

Dear applicant,
We, the APG MUN IV team, are delighted to welcome you into the inner works of the team as a vital role of those open to both external and internal applicants. 
To move forward, ensure to acknowledge the following terms and conditions of APG MUN IV; 

  • I understand that if I were to breach any rules of conduct, I would receive an act of caution from the scale of a warning to a clip, or a cut depending on the extent of the misconduct. 
  • I further understand that the security team of APG MUN IV owns the right to escort me away from the grounds of the conference if I were to breach any rules of conduct.  
  • I understand that APG MUN IV owns the right to allocate delegations to any council when necessary depending on the mutual understanding of ‘first come, first serve’ and not directly on the preferred council selected during registration.
  • I understand the mandatory registration fee, of 25 BHD, is non-refundable and is inclusive of all activities arranged by the APG MUN IV team on the days of the conference unless communicated otherwise due to the breach of the aforementioned term.
  • I understand that without the payment of the registration fee, and an official invoice from APG MUN IV before the end of the registration period, I have not completed my registration, yet.
  • I understand that if I was scheduled for an interview—for the following positions; press, runner, security, and chair— I am required to attend.
  • I further understand that I will be given a chance to interview once more if I were to miss the initial date if I had communicated a reason to any of the admin team members of APG MUN IV.
  • I understand that if I do not pass the interview—for the following positions; press, runner, security, and chair— I will be registered as a delegate if I RSVP.
  • I understand that all initial interviews will take place on the campus of the Arabian Pearl Gulf School, and all rescheduled interviews will take place online.
  • I understand that I must abide by the itinerary set by APG MUN IV.
  • I understand that I must abide by the dress code—professional business attire—set globally for MUN conferences.
  • I understand that I am not allowed to leave the grounds of the conference unless communicated otherwise by admin members of APG MUN IV. 
  • I understand that if I were to cause any damage on the grounds of the conference, I will be directly responsible for future consequences.
  • I understand that the press team of APG MUN IV is allowed to take photographs and videos of the events taking place during the conference across both days—Friday and Saturday—and thereby I consent to that.
  • I understand that if I suspect I have COVID-19, I am expected to inform the APG MUN IV team of this and test—rapid test—for it. If the test is negative, I will be allowed entrance to the conference—with proof—, however, if the test is positive, I will not be allowed entrance to the conference.
  • I understand that by failing to agree to any of the terms and conditions mentioned above, I will not have completed my registration to APG MUN IV.
