Topic 1: Foundations of a New World Order

Set one hundred years into the future, this council exists in a fully fictional world where global systems have collapsed. Endless wars, the erosion of morality, and the failure of international institutions have plunged humanity into chaos, iniustice, and disorder. In response, the world turns not to modern governments, but to the greatest commanders and leaders from human history, figures who lived in the past and are now deceased, chosen for their proven leadership, strategic success, discipline, and ability to govern during times of crisis. The first responsibility of the council is to address the collapse of order and morals in countries and society. Delegates the representatives of commanders must form laws and principles that would change the foundation that was established in the countries of the new world, and to ensure justice, unity, and stability in the new world.

Topic 2: Drafting a Universal Code of War

Once peace is set in motion, the council must confront the reality that in this new world. wars and conflicts are spreading across nations. Though conflict may at times be inevitable, it must be restrained by law and honor. Now it is the responsibility of delegates to debate and seek solutions and a universal set of rules that will govern how countries wage war.
