To ensure the smooth running of the conference, please make note of the following rules & regulations for APG MUN V:
General Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism at all times
The participant should respect the dignity and views of everyone involved in APG MUN
Participants are expected to cooperate respectfully with all staff members and admins
Attendance & Punctuality
Participants are expected to follow the dress code outlined by the APG MUN V team
Participants are to arrive to the conference on time to avoid any delays.
Leaving the premises without permission is strictly prohibited.

In-council Rules
Delegates should adhere to the instructions given by the chairs & staff of the council
Participants should not leave the council without a staff member.
When council is in session:
Mobile phones or any other electronic smart devices must be switched off
Side conversations are not allowed
Everyone is required to speak formal English, except for Arabic councils, where formal Arabic is required.
Eating or drinking is not permissible, except for water
Disciplinary Actions
The APG MUN V admin team and staff reserve the right to take disciplinary action against participants who are not in compliance with the rules and regulations.
Disciplinary actions include, but are not limited to: warnings, clips, and exlusion from awards.
